The IPG Evopallet can be fitted with 4 or 6 anti-slip pads beneath the crossbars, boosting stability and grip—especially when stored on shelving.

These pads come in two high-performance materials:

• TPU: Offers superior friction and durability.

• PVC: Fire-resistant, UL94 V0 certified, providing reliable safety.

Both options withstand temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C, ensuring dependable performance in a variety of conditions.

The Evopallet can be fitted with four anti-slip inserts on the bottom of the deck, enhancing stability and grip when handled by lifting forks.

These inserts are offered in TPU, for superior durability and friction, or PVC, a fire-resistant material certified to UL94 V0 standards. Both options withstand temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C, ensuring reliable performance in a variety of conditions.

Non-slip strips

IPG Evopallet can be fitted with 6 premium anti-slip strips on the top deck, ensuring your products stay firmly in place during transport and storage. Crafted from durable PVC coated with mineral granules, these strips deliver superior grip and reliability. Built to withstand temperatures from -5°C to +50°C, the IPG Evopallet offers unmatched performance and safety for every handling situation.

Perimetral embossing (for crate handling)

IPG Evopallet can be supplied with perimetral embossing that delivers dual functionality:

1. Secure containment of plastic crates in both longitudinal and transverse directions, preventing shifting during transport.

2. Interlocking stacking for enhanced stability, whether in standard or crosswise configurations.

This feature ensures that the IPG Evopallet not only protects your products but also optimizes storage efficiency and handling safety.

The Smart Pallet

IPG Evopallet comes standard with a unique, laser-engraved code on all sides (max size 50×50 mm) in white or gray. This code can be a QR Code, Data Matrix, or CODE39 Barcode, tailored to your needs. Depending on the format, the capacity is: up to 70 numbers or 40 letters for QR Codes, 70 numbers or 50 letters for Data Matrix, and 10 characters for CODE39 Barcodes.

The IPG Evopallet’s Data Matrix is exceptionally durable, remaining readable even if up to 30% damaged, ensuring reliability in the toughest environments. Each code can link directly to a dedicated web page, giving instant access to all logistics information for that pallet.

More corrosion-resistant surface treatment

For enhanced corrosion resistance, IPG Evopallet is available with a zinc-magnesium surface finish, delivering more than twice the protection of standard Z140 hot-dip galvanizing. This advanced coating ensures longer-lasting performance, even in the most demanding environments, making IPG Evopallet a durable and reliable choice for modern logistics.

Customised colour and galvanisation

IPG Evopallet is engineered to meet your specific needs, offering full color customization with certified fireproof, pre-painted sheet metal. A wide variety of colors and effect coatings—such as wood or marble finishes—are available. The back of the top deck and the inside of the stringers are matched to the base color of the chosen finish, ensuring a seamless look.

Finishing can be applied either to the stringers only or across the entire pallet. We guarantee 99% coverage on the top deck and approximately 97% on the stringers, with only minor technical exceptions. Designed for superior hygiene, the finish withstands extreme temperatures from -50°C to +150°C.
